As we grow internationally, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to drive growth, shape strategy, and make an impact in a fast-moving SaaS company. Our renowned solution used by other leading SaaS companies, IT service providers and corporations with XaaS offerings is helping to streamline their operations from sales to accounting. As we are gearing towards international expansion, we’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing operations, drive measurable growth, and support our commercial strategy.
Your Role & Daily Tasks
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing marketing operations and executing impactful campaigns with a clear focus on driving revenue growth. You will join our dynamic sales and marketing team and play a key role in enabling sales and strengthening our market position. You will work closely with our channel and agency partners in content creation and in advertising.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing go-to-market strategy in digital and offline (events)
- Developing and executing SEO strategies, implementing ABM campaigns and managing sales enablement initiatives.
- Overseeing content production, including branded content across channels, audiovisual material and social media / community presence.
- Collaborating with partners, vendors and agencies to deliver measurable ROI
- Webmaster role
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement. This role is designed to grow with you. You’ll take ownership of marketing operations and, as we scale, have the opportunity to step into a senior marketing leadership role.
During the First 6 Months, You Will Work With:
- Developing and executing digital campaigns, events and co-marketing initiatives to drive top of the funnel growth and conversions in the lead pipeline.
- Leveraging partnerships with vendors and agencies to optimize resource allocation and marketing performance.
- Supporting sales with AI, tools, data, and content to create efficient engagement throughout the buyer’s journey.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Should Have:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology industry
- Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot. Experience in using various marketing technologies and skills in AI fueled platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and optimize performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Professional level of Finnish is an advantage.
- A proactive business first mindset, focused on execution, results, and continuous improvement.
- Creativity and skills to produce content are considered an advantage.

This is a full-time and permanent position. As part of our hybrid model, you will both work remotely and join us in our offices in Helsinki Metropolitan area. However, there might be times when working at partner or customer sites is necessary.
